- Rachel Rose Keller is a graduate of NYU Tisch School of the Arts with a BFA in Dramatic Writing and was the recipient of the 2021 Chair's Award in Dramatic Writing, BFA. Raised by a mother and father who work with victims of domestic violence and torture survivors, respectively, Rachel was raised to look for the light in the dark and the silly in the serious. As a queer writer with a chronic illness, Rachel threads the fine line between drama and comedy. She wrote, directed, and produced the short, Chicago Indie Film Awards-qualifying "Mabel Miller: Female Serial Killer". She trained up to the advanced level in improvisation and sketch at Upright Citizens Brigade and wrote and performed for the team Quincey at Reckless Theater in New York City. Rachel's satire and humor writing has been featured on sites including McSweeney's, Weekly Humorist, and National Lampoon.
